Martin McGuire and Dany Dubé to launch a podcast

Martin McGuire and Dany Dubé have been doing a colossal job on the radio (98.5) for a very long time.

The duo, who are called upon to describe Montreal Canadiens games on the radio, have a knack for making listeners experience special emotions, which is why the two men are so respected for what they do.

In September, McGuire and Dubé published a book called “Bon match!”, in which they tell us more about their respective careers and everything to do with their work.

And, as we discover in an article on the “Grenier aux nouvelles” website, Martin McGuire and Dany Dubé will be launching their own podcast, also called Bon match! and produced by Cogeco Média.

Great news for sports fans and Tricolore fans alike.

The podcast, which will be divided into 26 45-minute episodes, will provide “in-depth weekly analysis of current events” in hockey, keeping listeners informed at all times.

Caroline Gagnon, VP Sales at Cogeco Media, is very excited about the creation of the podcast:

It’s going to be different than usual, because both men have to make their comments in the heat of the action during the matches they’re describing.

I’m curious to see if they’ll be able to bring as much emotion to listeners as when they’re on the air on the radio.
