OWEN TIPPETT SNIPES ONE AND WE ARE TIED
– Nasty Knuckles (@NastyKnuckles) January 13, 2024
There were only two games in the National Hockey League yesterday, so here’s a quick look at what caught the eye in each of those two games.
We weren’t expecting such a big deal at the start of 2024.
Last night, he picked up his second point in two games in his new uniform, with an assist on Owen Tippett’s tying goal.
That’s two assists in two games for Drysdale, who was the second most-used defenseman last night against the Wild with 22:09 of ice time.
Let’s see if Drysdale can explode in terms of offensive production, since in Anaheim he was often hampered by major injuries.

Now that we’re officially at mid-season in the NHL, the playoff races in both conferences become all the more interesting.

Here’s what it looks like in the Western standings, when only two teams will be drafted (wild card).
Extension
– Yesterday was a busy one in the AHL.
Dennis Hildeby gets jabbed by Bokondji Imama after the second period ends and the entire #Marlies team doesn’t like it.
