Classic Heritage: A leak regarding the jersey the CH will wear

On October 25, the Canadiens will face the Jets in an away game.

The two teams will battle it out for the win as part of the National Hockey League's 2026 Heritage Game, and it's sure to be exciting.

Watching the Habs play outdoors is always a lot of fun! 

With less than a month to go before the game, the uniforms for both teams haven't been revealed yet. Except…

But the Habs' jersey has been leaked via a Lane Hutson action figure available for sale on the McFarlane Toys website. In the image, Hutson is shown wearing a retro Habs jersey… and what catches my eye are the player's brown gloves visible in the picture.

The design is interesting.

The colors have a bit of an old-school vibe and are reminiscent of the old uniforms worn by the Flanelle many years ago. And for an outdoor game, it seems to fit the concept really well, too.

Of course, we'll have to wait for the Canadiens' official announcement on this.

But I won't be disappointed if the jersey ends up looking like (or is identical to) the one featured on the Lane Hutson action figures, which are (already) on sale as of this writing.

It's different, and I love it!
