Renaud Lavoie Returns to BPM Sports

Earlier today, BPM Sports announced the arrival of the station's new general manager, Christelle Poirier.

However, that wasn't the only change at BPM today.

According to David Garel, Lavoie will be back at BPM starting tomorrow at 7 a.m. According to Garel, he will focus exclusively on hosting the morning show, and the major negotiations between the two parties are now a thing of the past.

Nearly three weeks ago, Renaud Lavoie left BPM Sports to join Radio X.

But let's just say his absence from BPM Sports didn't last long.

Neither side ever hid their desire to reconcile, but a difference of $100 per day was enough to keep Lavoie from returning, according to Garel.

The financial battle is therefore officially over, and one of the station's best contributors will officially be back, much to the delight of listeners. His segment was one of the most popular, and Sylvain Chamberland (owner) and his team realized they couldn't lose him over a measly few bucks.
