Pierre-Luc Dubois not bothered by rumours linking him to the Canadiens
Pierre-Luc Dubois is linked to the Montreal Canadiens by everything that moves, because his desire to represent the club is stronger than anything. You know that very well.

The Quebecker, who lives in Montreal during the off-season, is currently back in Quebec following the Winnipeg Jets’ elimination at the hands of the Vegas Golden Knights.

How do we know?

Because he was recently spotted at the Atwater Cocktail Club in Montreal. JT Utah took a photo with him during the evening, as seen on the InstaHabs Instagram account.

From what we heard, his attitude was A1 with everyone. He had the right demeanor for a man in his situation.

Because he’s not (yet?) a Habs player, the attention wasn’t inordinate and he wasn’t as well known as someone else. That said, there were still people around him.

Dubois wasn’t at the party (he was with family) and he was chill.

In the opinion of the people there, he knew how to act and he knew what to say when he was asked questions. His attitude impressed the people who were actually there.

Speaking of knowing what to say: Dubois was inevitably asked, in a more informal context than by journalists, about the transaction rumours surrounding him and linking him to the Montreal Canadiens.

Once again, he responded by saying that there was nothing he could do about it, and that he’d let them live. There’s nothing he can do about it. After all, even if he were to deny them, the doubts would still remain.

While more and more people are questioning the necessity of having a guy like Pierre-Luc Dubois with the Habs, seeing him in Montreal (as he should be) and doing well is good news.

No, the pressure that comes with the CH logo doesn’t scare him.
