Patrik Laine : a decision will be made before the game regarding his participation

Here, during training, Patrik Laine did not jump onto the ice. The Finnish player was dealing with flu symptoms, and therefore was not with the rest of the group.

It was particular to see that, unlike Mike Matheson and Josh Anderson, it had not been announced in advance in Laine’s case.

Said that, we were therefore watching to see if Laine would be able to play tonight… and visibly, it’s not assured.

While chatting with the media today, Martin St-Louis noted that a decision will be made before the game regarding the Finnish player’s participation.

He is therefore not sure that we will see Laine in uniform tonight.
