The price of a ticket to an NFL game can vary significantly from one team to another.

To compile its annual rankings, TickPick does not rely on the official ticket prices listed by the franchises, but rather on the average price actually paid on the secondary market. And the 2026 edition holds several surprises.

The biggest one involves the Buffalo Bills, who top this year's list with an average ticket price of $610. This is a particularly high figure, more than double the average from the previous season, when Bills tickets sold for around $284.

This sharp increase comes largely as a result of the team's move to the new Highmark Stadium, which is helping to boost interest in home games.

Behind Buffalo, the race is much tighter. The Philadelphia Eagles come in second with an average of $473—just one dollar more than the Chicago Bears. The Green Bay Packers round out the extended top three with an average price of $454.

The Seattle Seahawks, the defending champions, hold fifth place at $428. They are followed very closely by the Detroit Lions at $425. The Denver Broncos rank next with an average of $389.

Dallas and Kansas City Missing from the Top 10

The bottom of the rankings is particularly competitive. The Las Vegas Raiders average $368, ahead of the San Francisco 49ers at $367. The New England Patriots round out the top 10 at $364, following their return to prominence last season thanks to a Super Bowl appearance.

One of the most notable surprises in this year's rankings, however, is the absence of the Dallas Cowboys and the Kansas City Chiefs. Typically among the most popular and most expensive teams to watch, both franchises have fallen out of the top 10 this time around.

Kansas City was still in sixth place last year with an average of $389, while Dallas ranked seventh at $333.

The 2026 rankings thus show that the price hierarchy has shifted significantly. While some fans may be pleased to see a few particularly high prices disappear, Buffalo's surprise dominance demonstrates above all that enthusiasm for a team can quickly drive up prices on the secondary market.
