68-year-old Canadian Wayne Gretzky isn’t just a hockey legend, to many he is the living, breathing epitome of the sport. Known as “The Great One”, Gretzky holds almost every scoring record known to man.
Not only is he still the leading career point scorer and assist scorer in NHL history, despite retiring in 1999, but he is also the only player to have ever totalled over 200 points in a single season – a feat he achieved on four separate occasions.
