Owen Beck suspended for remainder of OHL final

Last night, Owen Beck was ejected from Game 5 of the OHL Finals. It was his second major penalty of the series, but clearly this one didn’t seem to go his way.

We suspected that a suspension was more than possible, and now the OHL has just confirmed it: Owen Beck will miss the rest of the final against the London Knights.

It will be a one-game suspension (if the Petes win tomorrow) or a two-game suspension (if there’s a game #7).
