Habs Fan TV: podcast coming soon
The Habs Fan TV Instagram page has come a long way since its inception in 2021. The page has now grown to just over 28,000 followers on Instagram, and is also on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.

The popularity of Alexander Rougas, the page’s founder, along with his friend Cédrick Séguin, has exploded, and the two young field hockey fans are ready to take their work to the next level.

In an interview with Journal Métro, Alexander Rougas said he wanted to start a podcast.

I strongly encourage you to read the article by François Lemieux of Journal Métro on the history of the page.

A podcast would be a good idea to take Habs Fan TV to another level, but they don’t have to come out with just another field hockey podcast.

There are a lot of different podcasts out there today, especially in sports, and it’s important to stand out from the crowd.

In a discussion with a subscriber a few weeks ago, Habs Fan TV had already stated that it was working on this project.

What’s more, the page has also assured its followers that it doesn’t want to release a simple podcast.

“It’s definitely a work in progress, we want to bring some real value to you guys so we wanna get it right and not just be another “field hockey podcast”.” – Habs Fan TV

Adding a quality podcast to their content could help the two youngsters become more and more important in the media field.

Personally, I’m not the biggest podcast fan, but some catch my attention more and I’m convinced the page would be successful on that level.

Take, for example, Guillaume Latendresse and Maxim Lapierre’s podcast La Poche Bleue, which has been a runaway success on social networks.

Séguin and Rougas already have a good fan base, and this would help them succeed in this area.

Let’s hope this project comes to fruition soon, because clearly, many of their followers would listen to it religiously.
