My gigantic #WorldJuniors notebook is now yours.
29 games. 11 days. 100+ NHL prospects.
Absolutely everything I had written down, unedited, on *every single one* of them: https://t.co/qsDdfH5NBB pic.twitter.com/IrsJhXOpaK

Verbal battles, or what are more commonly known these days as “roasts”, are always very interesting situations to listen to and analyze.
It’s always fun to hear two people or two teams hurling well-crafted insults at each other.
It always puts a smile on my face when it’s a good one and well delivered.
What’s more, when these insults or “roasts” involve sport, I find it all the more interesting, because it infuriates and pisses off an entire fan base.
I especially love Toronto Maple Leafs roasts, because they’re never boring, and they’re easy to do.
However, I still enjoy them when they’re about other teams.
Last night, it was the Vancouver Canucks who received a good “roast”, as Logan Paul didn’t hesitate to put them down.

This is a very good “roast” from Logan Paul, especially considering he did it in front of the crowd in Vancouver right after Kevin Owens’ victory in the first match of last night’s SmackDown event.
The crowd reacted strongly, with several boos being heard even before Logan Paul dropped the catchphrase of his “roast” – that a Stanley Cup in Vancouver would never happen.
She knew exactly what was coming, considering that the Canucks don’t have a Stanley Cup to their name, and haven’t come close to winning one since 2011.
This is probably the first season since 2011 that the Canucks have really been a good team in the NHL, and let’s just say it’s a surprise this season.
So, I don’t know if Logan Paul is a hockey fan and follows this, but he didn’t pick the best year to make that claim given the Canucks’ resurgence.
Anyway, let’s see first if Kevin Owens can beat Logan Paul in their fight.

– Indeed.
Honestly feel bad for the guy who had to ask the Rubio question at the end. He was clearly told by his editor/superior to get a reaction to Rubio’s retirement. Sometimes you don’t get to pick an appropriate time and you just have to bite the bullet. https://t.co/sUaYzQZHom
