#ALLCAPS alum Keith Jones was introduced today as #Flyers President
As a rookie with @Capitals, Jones became the 1st player in NHL history to score his 1st career goal in a neutral-site game (Indianapolis)

It’s not necessarily the most popular topic in town at the moment, but today saw the start of the World Championship.
For the occasion, Canada faced Latvia in their first match of the tournament… And, let’s just say, the Canadians didn’t give their opponents much of a chance. The match ended 6-0 in favor of Unifolié.

He finished the game with one assist and 12 minutes and 36 seconds of playing time. No, he didn’t necessarily play much…
But let’s not forget that the Canadian squad is full of NHL players. Veterans get more opportunities, and that’s only to be expected.
During the tournament, however, I’d like to see him get a chance to shine, a bit like Sweden did with Leo Carlsson. Carlsson was placed at the center of the team’s first trio with Lucas Raymond and Alex Nylander.
All in all, Canada got off to a good start to the tournament. The team’s next game is on Sunday, against Slovenia.

– Great read on the Xhekaj family. I recommend it!

I gotta feelin’. Core Four is going to go off tonight. Last game was the start of something special. We need a full 60 minutes likes game 4. Take it one period at a time and enjoy the ride. Leafs in 7. #LeafsForever
