RHP, Suzuki and Guhle to take part in Montreal summer league
NHL players are on vacation, or almost.

Even though there are no more games on the schedule, the guys have to get ready for next season.

This summer in Montreal, the LSHL league returns with a rather interesting line-up. We’re talking about a summer 3-on-3 field hockey league held at Hockey Etcetera, a complex located in Montreal’s Mont-Royal district.

Last year, we saw Nick Suzuki, Josh Anderson and even Juraj Slafkovsky take part in a few games… And the CH will be well represented again this year.

Suzuki has decided to take part this summer, as have teammates Rafaël Harvey-Pinard and Kaiden Guhle.

Pierre-Luc Dubois, Justin Gauthier, Joe Veleno, Hendrix Lapierre, Anthony Mantha, Maxime Comtois, David Perron, Thomas Bordealeau, Kristopher Letang… And the list goes on. All these names will be in the league this summer, and let’s just say that the LSHL has been able to produce some particularly talented clubs.

There’s a fine line-up of players who will be there, which should be quite exciting for players and fans alike.

Here’s the line-up for the various clubs:

Suzuki’s team, which includes Gauthier, RHP, Letang, Daniel Sprong and David Perron, seems to be the favorite in my eyes at the moment.

They have a great line-up.

It’s clear that the players aren’t going there to work their butts off. The atmosphere was pretty soft last year, and it’ll be the same this year.

After all, the aim of the guys is to have fun… But the competition remains excellent in the end. The players can have fun, while putting their skills to the test, and that provided plenty of entertainment for the fans who turned out last summer.

It’s likely to be the same this year. Especially with the quality of the players in each line-up.

The league kicks off next week. Suzuki and RHP take on Guhle on Tuesday evening at 5.15pm.

Highlights

– Sick.

– I love it.

– Great deal for the Hawks.
