Joel Edmundson traded to Washington

All done.

There was a lot of talk about Joel Edmundson leaving the CH at the last trade deadline, but the scenario never materialized.

In the end, we had to wait a few months before seeing the defenseman traded.

Edmundson, according to Darren Dreger, was traded to Washington. In return, the Canadiens got their hands on a couple of draft picks.

We’re talking about a third-round pick and a seventh-round pick.
