Golden Knights parade: a legendary speech by William Karlsson
As everyone knows, the Vegas Golden Knights have won the 2023 edition of the Stanley Cup.

It’s been quite a journey for them, winning the first Stanley Cup in their short history of just six years.

It’s a great feat, but it doesn’t stop the team’s owner from demanding and wanting more.

And with Stanley Cup victory, of course, comes the Stanley Cup Parade.

The latter took place yesterday in Vegas, with Golden Knights players waving the Cup all over town in front of an estimated 100,000 spectators.

In short, the Golden Knights partied hard in Vegas yesterday, providing some great scenes and images from what was obviously a very drunken evening.

First of all, William Karlsson’s legendary speech, shirtless on the stage, was the most eye-catching of all.

He can be heard thanking the fans who have been there since Day 1, before talking about the Golden Knights’ first-ever home game, when they beat the Arizona Coyotes 5-2.

Karlsson then adds that he didn’t get a point in that game, but that doesn’t matter considering the incredible season he’s had, collecting 43 goals and 35 assists for a total of 78 points in 82 games.

In short, it was a clearly festive Karlsson who delivered a comical speech in front of thousands of fans last night.

Adin Hill also had a good one, explaining in an interview that he didn’t know what to do with his hands.

Looking back at the rest of the festivities, here’s what we remember.

First, on stage, players and fans were treated to a typical Vegas show.

Here are images of Jonathan Marchessault during the festivities.

Jack Eichel also had a lot of fun.

The Stanley Cup is all over town.

In short, it was a drunken parade that kept many in Vegas up late, and with good reason.
