Tonight, the Canadiens will wrap up their road trip by facing the Devils in New Jersey. Keep in mind that tomorrow, the two teams will face off again, this time at the Bell Centre.
Obviously, given that the Habs are on a hot streak, we expect a lineup that will look pretty similar to Thursday's. Especially since the injured players aren't ready to return yet.
And Renaud Lavoie, who discussed this on TVA Sports today, confirmed that no changes are expected among the skaters tonight. The only skaters who took to the ice this morning were Adam Engström and Patrik Laine, who will apparently be left out.
Phillip Danault and Kaiden Guhle, who didn't practice yesterday, will apparently be able to play.
That said, all signs point to one lineup change: Jakub Dobes is expected to return to the net tonight. Jacob Fowler skated with Engström and Laine this morning, suggesting he'll be the backup tonight.

We know Dobes has been on fire for the past few weeks, and he'll have the chance to get back in net tonight. Fowler is expected to be back in net for his team tomorrow, given that the club will play two games in two nights.
It will be interesting to see how the Habs manage their goalies between now and the end of the season. After all, they'll likely want to make sure Dobes keeps up his momentum, but they might also want to give him some rest late in the season if the team knows what lies ahead in the playoffs.
Dobes has never had such a heavy workload in a single season: the team needs to make sure he's able to hold up once the playoffs roll around.
But one thing seems clear: tonight, the team's #1 goalie will be back in net. And facing a Devils team that shouldn't be taken lightly, he'll have a tough challenge ahead.
Can he help his team win an eighth straight game? We'll find out in a few hours.
