The contract of Shea Weber traded to the Blackhawks

With the trade deadline today, several teams have decided to go in search of reinforcements for the playoffs. Whether it’s Mikko Rantanen to Dallas, Brad Marchand to Florida or Dylan Cozens to Ottawa, there have been big names on the move.

And that’s without counting the transactions in the previous days.

Now, we’ve had a rather special transaction just before 3 pm: the Utah team has traded… Shea Weber. His contract now belongs to the Blackhawks.

Utah has traded Shea Weber to Chicago (whom they play tonight).
