Keith Tkachuk's appearance on his son's podcast is still making waves in the hockey world today.
The guys made fun of players who don't play when they're injured or not feeling well, and many drew parallels to Linus Ullmark's situation because the goalie falls into that category of players.
And the fact that Brady Tkachuk was actively participating in that discussion while laughing raised some red flags in Ottawa.
That said, it's interesting to note that the Senators' captain and goaltender weren't available this morning to speak with reporters. The organization (very likely) wanted to protect its players to avoid causing any issues, but still.
The fact that they didn't speak adds even more fuel to the fire on social media.
Brady Tkachuk & Linus Ullmark were both asked to speak with the media ahead of tonight's game against Buffalo but were not available, according to the #Sens.

Without necessarily addressing what happened, Travis Green decided to come to his goalie's defense.
The Sens coach mentioned that he believes in Ullmark and that he pulled him from the game against the Panthers because the team in front of him was terrible. He also confirmed that the goalie would be in net tonight against the Sabres.
I can't wait to see how this plays out…
“[Linus Ullmark] is our guy. Last game, I pulled him, but I pulled him more because the team was so sh***y. Not because of him.”

The Senators don't have time to think about all that. They'll have to find a way to put the distractions aside to win tonight because they're still two points behind the Blue Jackets and the final playoff spot in the East.
But will they really be able to put all the noise aside and focus fully on the ice?
That's the question I'm asking myself.
Is this the end for Brady Tkachuk in Ottawa?

In a nutshell
– Stay tuned.
Since the Red Wings are facing the Flyers tonight, the Canadiens' magic number can't go up by more than 2 tonight. Since one of the two teams is bound to win. That number currently stands at 7.
