Once again this season, Pascal Vincent is doing an extraordinary job with the Laval Rocket in the American Hockey League.
The Montreal Canadiens' farm team is just as dominant as last season, easily sitting atop the North Division with 66 points in 49 games.
We are therefore likely to see the Rocket have another successful playoff run, much to the delight of Quebec fans.
And what's even more impressive is that the team is performing well with several of the club's top young prospects in its ranks.
Each of them is progressing much faster through victories and strong performances, in addition to contributing to this success.
One player who has been particularly instrumental this season is Swedish defenseman Adam Engstrom.
Indeed, Engstrom has been truly excellent for the Rocket lately, and he has proven it even more since returning to Laval after his stint in Montreal with the Canadiens. Last night, during the Rocket's seventh consecutive victory, Engstrom had an assist, extending his streak of games with at least one point to nine.

It's been an incredible run for Engstrom, during which he has scored four goals and tallied 12 points in total.
The 22-year-old Swedish defenseman is truly establishing himself as a consistent force for the Rocket, both defensively and offensively.
Engstrom has really stepped up his game compared to his rookie season last year, when he had 27 points, including five goals, in 66 games.
This season, he already has 32 points, including ten goals, in 36 games, which ranks him fourth in scoring for the Rocket and fifth among all defensemen in the American Hockey League.
Engstrom already has twice as many goals as last season, and he's not about to stop there.
In short, the Canadiens really have a potential gem on defense that they will have to use wisely, either in their lineup next season or in a big trade.
Personally, I think the Habs would be better off finding a place for Engstrom in their lineup, because they could really regret trading him.
