The last few months have been busy for Noah Dobson. Very busy, in fact.
He was traded to the Canadiens last summer and had to acclimate to a new environment… but that didn't stop him from getting off to a good start on the ice.
It's been a pretty eventful half-year. But we can see why the habs went to Long Island to get him.
That said, we've just learned some big news about the defenseman. His partner posted on Instagram that the couple is expecting a baby in the coming months.
The baby is due this summer… and if the following video is anything to go by, we can guess it's going to be a girl.
The clue is pretty solid, hehe. Congratulations, no kidding!

Noah Dobson, who just celebrated his 26th birthday (January 7), will become a father for the first time at the end of the season.
We don't know exactly when the baby is due, but since we're talking about the summer, we can assume that it won't necessarily be a factor in the Canadiens' current season.
Unless the baby is due in June and the Canadiens are still in contention at that point…
Obviously, this is great news for the habs defenseman. His life is about to change, and he will have a new role that will undoubtedly come with new responsibilities off the ice.
Oh well. It's all part of the game!

– For Alouettes fans:
This morning at a press conference, @MTLAlouettes general manager Dany Maciocia said he had asked receiver Austin Mack to restructure his contract.
Maciocia believed he had reached an agreement with his agent, but in the end, it didn't work out…

At this point, no one involved seems worried that it might affect Hughes' Olympic availability. Sounds more day to day. But obviously this close to Milan, it's noteworthy. https://t.co/a6pvna1NQQ
