Today, we were treated to an interview with Ivan Demidov and… luxury car dealer Location Paramount.

Even though it's a promotional video for the company, I like the format of the interview, which takes the form of a relaxed conversation in a car.
Demidov discusses his career as an athlete.
The Russian started skating at around two and a half years old, but he doesn't really remember his first steps on the ice.
As a child, Demidov also played soccer, but around the age of twelve, he devoted himself 100% to hockey.
Ultimately, it was his decision, although he says his father pushed him a little toward hockey and his older brother, who also played, influenced his choice as well.
We'll never know if the hockey player would have been a good soccer player, but habs fans can thank Demidov's dad and big brother for their influence on his career path.
When asked if he is happy with his decision to pursue hockey, the 20-year-old forward responds very spontaneously and clearly that yes, he is (oh man, for sure!).
In fact, he gives the same kind of answer when asked if he is happy in Montreal.
Demidov finds the city very similar to what he finds in Russia, but he also likes the weather, the culture, and the city's love of hockey.
It's nice to see a hockey player who isn't afraid of Québécois winters.
Finally, Demidov says he hopes to play in Montreal for a long time.
The rest of the interview is about cars that the forward is considering renting.
It's still special that one of the most interesting interviews with the Russian player was conducted by a car rental dealer.
However, as I said above, I like the format of the interview. It's natural, and you can see Demidov's enthusiasm when he talks about hockey or Montreal.
You can also watch another interview with Alexandre Texier on the same page.
