Since the start of the season, the Canadiens have been finding ways to win.

They've been consistent in their performances—at least, more so than in recent years—and it shows when you look at the club's record. The Canadiens won 26 times in 25-26, which is still pretty good.

But… what's interesting is that the Habs have as many wins at home as they have away. And that too, it seems.

It shows one thing: the Canadiens are good at home this season… but they're also capable of being good away from home.

And that's something to note. The club—even though it's really young—isn't afraid to play away from home, and it's able to focus to the point where it can be successful away from home.

This is an important facet of the game. And the Habs obviously know it.

Above all, it helps build confidence.

The Canadiens know they can get W's even if they don't play at the Bell Centre, and that can make a difference. It can help the club approach games in a different way, and I'm inclined to think that Martin St-Louis has something to do with it.

The guy, after all, gave his all at every game. And that's the culture he's instilling in Montreal right now.

Good for the Canadiens, then… and good for the fans.

We seem to be able to grow as a team, and it's by learning these little things that the club will be able to progress on the ice. And it shows that the team is really maturing off the ice too.

It's all part of learning as a young team, after all.
