Jakub Dobes has been the talk of the town this season.

After the first month of the season, people were wondering whether the goaltender (who had been one of the NHL's best goaltenders) was going to be named Rookie of the Year.

And in the last two months, the goalie's up-and-down performances have nipped the debate in the bud.

In fact, right now, we're even wondering whether he shouldn't be sent back to the Laval Rocket, to put an end to the ménage à trois.

In the short term, the Habs seem intent on keeping all three guys up top, given the condensed schedule and the many games before the Olympics. But that won't last until April…

Speaking of the Olympics, it should come as no surprise that the Czechs have opted to leave Dobes at home for the hockey tournament. His last few months haven't impressed – and like Samuel Montembeault, he's out of the running.

Lukas Dostal, Daniel Vladar, and Karel Vejmelka have been chosen to represent their countries.

This means that the Canadiens will have four players representing their country at the Olympics. Nick Suzuki is clearly the most talked-about.

Juraj Slafkovsky will represent Slovakia. Will he be able to recreate the magic of 2022?

Oliver Kapanen may not have the biggest role in the world with the Finns, but simply being surrounded by great players will help him grow as a player.

As for Alexandre Texier, he'll be representing France. He will undoubtedly play an important role.
