Earlier today, we learnedthatthere was a virus circulating around the Montreal Canadiens.
As my colleague Marc-Olivier Cook pointed out in his piece on practice, Brendan Gallagher and Cole Caufield did not take part in the morning practice, leaving many doubts about tonight's lineup.
With Phillip Danault's first game back with the Habs, we could expect to see a few changes in the lineup.
During warm-up, Patrick Friolet noticed that Adam Engstrom and Owen Beck weren't there.
A few minutes later, Friolet followed up with the combinations for the game.
Danault and Struble integrate the lineup, Beck and Engström left out.

Phillip Danault took Owen Beck's place in the lineup and will be used as a center for Josh Anderson and Alexandre Texier.
Samuel Blais remains in the lineup and will be an important presence against the Boston Bruins: as we all know, the Boston Bruins are always a force to be reckoned with.
On defense, Adam Engstrom was replaced by Jayden Struble.
And, as we suspected, Jacob Fowler will be guarding the cage tonight against the Bruins.
More details to come…
