Phillip Danault is back with the Canadiens.
In the last few days, he hadn't been seen around the club, as he was due to leave California. But this morning, he was spotted in Brossard, on the practice ice of his “new” club.
Our colleague Patrick Guillet was on hand to film it.

Not surprisingly, the Québécois took back his number 24. He was a free agent with the club, and it was to be expected that the center would keep #24.
We expected to see him skating this morning in Brossard. Samuel Montembeault is expected to join him.
Danault should logically play tomorrow's game in Boston. The Canadiens will need him, and he'll have a chance to stretch his legs before Christmas.
His last game was on December 10.
