Jean-Charles Lajoie: BPM Sports announces “mutual” departure

A bombshell appeared on Twitter last night.

Michel Villeneuve posted a tweet at around 7:20pm saying that Jean-Charles Lajoie had lost his position at BPM Sports, as host of the morning show :

Lo and behold, it’s all true, as in the last few minutes, JiC announced his departure from the station.

There’s talk of a “mutual” agreement that terminates his contract.

The radio station still hasn’t announced its schedule for next season.

That said, we do know that Paul Houde will be back, and the rumours we’re hearing at the moment are that he’ll be replacing JiC in the morning.
