1. Beaches International Jazz Festival
Did you miss the Montreal Jazz Fest? Don't worry, you can still enjoy dynamic music at the Beaches International Jazz Festival! Unfolding each summer, this celebration of music with multiple stages and gourmet food trucks is definitely going to win your heart!

You've most likely already heard people talk about going to 'carnival'. Well, this is what they are taking about! The Toronto Caribbean Carnival is an exciting annual cultural festival with music, food and performing arts, all inspired by the Caribbean. It is the largest cultural festival of its kind in North America. The Grand Parade is on July 30th!

We know we got you at beer! Toronto's Festival of Beer is a celebration of Canada's rich history of brewing. More than 120 Canadian and international brands are featured during the event. Ontario craft brewers are also highlighted during this event! You definitely do not want to miss it (quick, saturday tickets are already sold out!!!).

After rib and poutine festivals, treat yourselves to fine dining! During Summerlicious, some of Toronto's finest restaurants offer three course meals (lunch or dinner), for a fix and inexpensive price. There are over 200 participating restaurants where you will be able to enjoy culinary excellence!

5. Rogers Cup
If there is one sports event that is known worldwide and is hosted in Toronto every summer, it is the Rogers Cup! This year, the best male tennis players in the world will be in the 6ix to compete for the Rogers Cup trophy. This is your chance to see the best of the best LIVE (we're talking Murray, Djokovic, Federer and our own Canadian superstar, Raonic).
