When you think of cognac, you probably think of a bunch of old(er) men sitting around a fireplace after dinner, sipping on the liqueur in the middle of winter. Well, that connotation may have been true at one point or another, but these days, Hennessy (founded by Richard Hennessy in Cognac, France in 1765) is out to change all that.

Dreaming up delicious mixed cocktails that combine cognac with everything from berries to tea, the company has come up with some very creative ways to enjoy Hennessy and we have to say we're totally on board. Take these two refreshing recipes, for example: They're perfect for summer BBQs and get-togethers. Especially the apple recipe. We're in LOVE with the apple recipe.
