Set to open its doors later this summer, William Gray will be located in the heart of Old Montreal and, as we just found out, will set itself apart from the rest by teaming up with some of the city’s top tastemakers.
Teaming up with Café Olimpico, an European-inspired café that has been a staple and powerhouse since 1970, William Gray will serve up craft coffee and pastries and keep guests relaxed and well satiated.
Meanwhile, OTH (Off The Hook) will add its stamp to the project with a unique boutique that hopes to keep travellers styling with its signature limited edition collections from dope brands like adidas, Vans and more.
As the press release announcing the exciting new project explains: “The Montreal of today - a vibrant city and cultural epicenter that attracts acclaimed talent, forward thinkers - and a collaborative spirit, is the core inspiration behind this new destination."
“Located on St-Vincent, just steps away from Place Jacques-Cartier and the Old Port, the hotel offers 127 guest rooms and suites, over 10,000 sq. ft. of event space, a 180 seat restaurant, a rooftop terrace, a luxury spa with an outdoor pool, a boutique, a café, and exquisite views of Montreal’s iconic landmarks.”
