Kesha’s fight to free herself from her contract with alleged abuser Dr. Luke isn’t getting any easier. In the latest developments in the case against Sony, a judge has several of the singer’s claims of abuse for being unreasonable.

“The judge has refuted Kesha's claims that forcing her to continue working under her alleged abuser is akin to a form of slavery, claiming that, in rejecting Sony's offer to work with other producers without Dr. Luke's direct involvement, Kesha is acting ‘unreasonably,’” reports The Hollywood Reporter

The judge has also thrown out Kesha's claim that she’s suffered a hate crime. "Insults about her value as an artist, her looks, and her weight are insufficient to constitute extreme, outrageous conduct intolerable in civilized society," the judge explained.

"Every rape is not a gender-motivated hate crime,” the judge concluded.
