'Who is that?' you ask. She's a beautiful 11-year-old cancer patient whose modeling dream came true thanks to a little help from designer Naeem Khan and the Make a Wish foundation.
Moran, who is battling Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer that affects muscles, flew from Texas to New York to be a part of Khan’s Fall/Winter 2016 show in which she wore a custom dress that "was designed especially for her by Khan himself to mirror the most important dress in his show: a red tulle dress with appliqué," reports MTV
