Reverse Vesper Martini AKA James Bond Martini
Everyone should be a master of at least one type of martini - after all, there’s a reason why it’s James Bond’s drink of choice - and although we love the classic, it’s fun to surprise friends with something a little more unexpected.
Shake all ingredients until very cold and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a grapefruit zest.

- 2 oz Crimson Tea
- 1.5 oz Cucumber Vodka
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
Mix ingredients in a tall glass, top with club soda and garnish with a cucumber wheel and thyme sprig.
There’s something special and explicitly summer-y tasting about cocktails that boast a touch of lavender. This White Manhattan is no different and will transport you to the French countryside with every sip.
- 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
- 0.25 oz Dolin Rouge
- 2 Dashes Lavender Bitters
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass and stir over ice until very cold. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with a cherry.

Place ice cubes in a large wine glass. Add two or three slices of peppers (or the fresh ingredient of your choice). Top with chilled Veuve Clicquot Rich.

- 2 oz Milk
- 0.5 tsp Ground Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 oz Kaffir Lime Syrup
Build in mixing glass, add ice, and shake vigorously. Serve in Collins glass and garnish with mint and dash of grated turmeric.
