Transforming into a giant has-been lime named Rick Sour Vane, JT helps promote Sauza 901 whose slogan is #NoLimesNeeded. In the commercial, we see Vane talking about his rise to fame as the No. 1 drink condiment in the world before his eventual demise caused by the delicious-tasting 901.
Timberlake actually founded the company (which he named after Memphis, Tennessee’s zip code) and sold it to Sauza last year. This is the first time he’s really making an effort to promote the brand and solidify himself as the face of 901 and, obviously, it’s already proving to be a great idea.
There’s no better way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo than by watching this clip (except maybe sipping on some tequila while you do).
