OK, so we thought Emma Stone and Jimmy Fallon’s showdown was the best thing of life, but hey, we're allowed to change our opinion, aren't we? Especially since at that time we had NO clue how tremendous Will Ferrell, Drew Barrymore and Kevin Hart would be at lip syncing.
It must be said that Mariah Carey could sure learn a thing or two from last night’s epic lip sync battle, which was broadcasted live and beat out Katy Perry’s halftime show performance in the awesomeness department by a landslide.
Ferrell kicked things off with Queen Bey’s ‘Drunk In Love’, complete with choreography that included a lot of sexy crawling around and air humping and, as Fallon pointed out, was something that can never be unseen. He then took on Adele Nazeem's, err, Idina Menzel’s ‘Let It Go’ and would have won the night, hands down, had it not been for Fallon’s surprise guest.
Hart did his best with a John Legend cover and Katy Perry’s ‘Roar’, but Fallon saved the best for last, offering fans an impressive snippet of Kelly Clarkson’s ’Since You’ve Been Gone’ before taking the trophy with Dirty Dancing’s ‘(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life’, which he performed with surprise guest Barrymore. SO MUCH YES.
