Meet Beshine, the woman with the world's biggest (fake) breasts - a 32Z!

Mayra Hills is trying to become Internet famous thanks to a rather unusual trait.

We should start by saying that we really did think we'd seen it all in terms of wild plastic surgery, but this is some #nextlevel sh*t.

Going by the name Beshine, the German adult model has the world's biggest (fake) breasts, which clock in at a 32Z. Pretty sure they don't sell bras for that off the rack.

Each boob weighs about 20 pounds - image what carrying 40 pounds on your chest 24/7 must feel like! - and Beshine is beyond happy with her investment, regularly Tweeting photos showing off her assets and trying to gain a serious online following.

How is this even possible? Or comfortable? What kind of doctor would agree to inject that much saline into a patient? Is there really that much of a market who would find such an extreme HAWT? We don't know. We just don't know.

What we are sure of, though, is that you're about to be really taken aback by this selection of selfies, which have us so confused, we don't even know what to say. We know it's not cool to judge, but...
