According to a study published in Archives of Gynecology and Obstetricsapples have the ability to work as an aphrodisiac and can improve sex for women.

731 Italian females were surveyed, ranging in age from 18 to 43, with half the group eating one or two apples each day and the other half eating none. When the results came in, researchers were in for a surprise.

As the Huffington Post reports, they found that "daily apple use is associated with higher female Sexual Function Index scores in sexually active female patients, thus increasing their lubrication and overall sexual function." INTERESTING.

The reason for this? Apples contain polyphenols and antioxidants, which are believed to stimulate blood flow to the vajayjay. "Not only that, researchers say apples contain phloridzin, a common phytoestrogenthat is structurally similar to estradiol - a female sex hormone - and plays a huge role in vaginal lubrication and female sexuality," adds Huff Post.
