Top 5 things to do in Toronto this week [April 28 - May 4]!
Welcome to another fun and warm(ish) week in Toronto! Let's get right to it: Here are the five events I'm most excited for this week.

ART: 99th Annual OCAD University Graduate Exhibition

If you have been thinking about starting an art collection but are on a limited budget, this is the place to begin your search. These artists are at the beginning of their career, meaning you can score something truly beautiful that will grow in value as the artists career grows, for a small fraction of the price you'll be paying for the same artist's work in a few years.

Where: OCAD

When:  May 1st 6:30pm - May 4th 5pm

COMEDY: SheDot Festival

Women in comedy are sadly still underappreciated and seen as a rarity, despite the fact that Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Lena Dunham, Mindy Kaling, and the Broad City chicks basically dominate the comedy world right now. This week you have the opportunity to witness the best female comedians currently working in and around Toronto at Comedy Bar, so please take this opportunity to finally put to rest that tired "Are women funny?" debate.
Where: Comedy Bar

When: May 1st - 4th

FASHION: Celebrity Men's Fashion Show
Fundraising and fierce fashion come together to support the Kidney Foundation, an organization currently celebrating 50 years of kidney research. Drinks, hors d'oeuvres and a silent auction will compliment the fashion show. Tix are a steep $125, but the money is definitely going to a worthy cause!

Where: Liberty Grand

When: April 30th, 6:30pm

FUN: Haunted Toronto Scavenger Hunt

I am one of those people who still (as a full grown adult) really loves stuff like this. When I went on a trip to Victoria BC I went on one of those touristy haunted walk tours just for the hell of it. Adventures like this are a great way to discover parts of your city you've never seen before, and they're an amazing date night idea as well.

Where: Meet in front of the ROM

When: May 3rd, 7pm

FOOD: 3rd Annual Toronto Wing Festival

Attention foodies. Please attend and enjoy this event for me. Sadly I will be out of town, or else I would be there with you, stuffing my face with delicious chicken wings of every flavour. I am already jealous of you.

Where: Daniels Spectrum

When: May 4th, 1:30pm

Psssttt ! Envoie-ça à ton ami!
