Amanda Bynes: Happy New Year, look at my boobs!

It looks like Bynes’ 2013 New Year’s resolution is more boobs. The once-upon-a-time teen-queen opted to ring in the New Year by sharing a picture of her knockers (breasts, sweater puppets, guns, tatas, melons, hooters, lady lumps — whatever you want to call them) stuffed into something resembling a top (to be honest, with the lack of material, we’re not really sure it even qualifies as a top – but whatever.)

The retired actress took a close-up selfie of her bountiful boobage in a barely-there top on Instagram, titling her titillating artwork, “Happy New year.”

Sadly, compared to her multiple run-ins with the law (and cars), this isn’t headline-making news for ‘manders. Perhaps the actress has turned a new leaf for 2013?
