Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver: Kanye West and Jay-Z Are Giving You Another Opportunity to Watch the Throne

Maybe they just need to give fans a little extra -- albeit annoying -- motivation to keep watching that throne. But since Jay-Z and Kanye West first announced a fall tour of Watch the Throne we've had to resign ourselves to seeing the duo rejig their itinerary, and then rejig it again.

The tour kick-off was pushed from September to October. And then it lost seven dates off its 24-stop schedule.

And we’ve got another update today -- though this time The Throne is throwing us plebes a favour, especially if you happen to be in Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver.

The North American tour has just been upped to a 28-stop trek -- with Montreal being added (Nov. 11 at Bell Centre), along with additional shows in Toronto and Vancouver. The full, updated (for now) itinerary is posted below.

All this extra attention to the Big Three seems well-deserved considering Watch The Throne has just broken a sales record here in Canada. Watch the Throne, which only launched physical sales yesterday, has the highest one-week sales of any digital album ever, Universal Music, The Throne's record label, helpfully pointed out via press release earlier today. 22,000 digital copies of the record sold in its first week on iTunes. (That was also good enough for a No. 1 debut on the digital album chart, by the way.) Universal also notes that the record hit No. 1 on the Nielsen Soundscan Album chart, as well.

Here are those tour dates. Further info -- including how to buy tickets -- can be found on the trek's official Live Nation site.
